P0G0.CO, AI content studio for small businesses. Clients worldwide

The AI content studio that turns your photos into a brand Master Plan

Most small businesses have no brand guidelines. P0G0.CO, an AI marketing agency, defines your colors, style and content direction from your own photos, then produces every post, image, product film and listing to match.

How our AI marketing agency builds a Master Plan

A brand is a galaxy of related decisions: colors, style, tone, even the photo on your Google or marketplace listing. We chart it first, then choose where your business should land. The same four steps work for a restaurant, a clinic or a product. Follow three clients below: MEOWSON, built from nothing; MD Sports, a catalog range given a voice; and a Mong Kok restaurant that needed video by Friday.

Collect

Your product photos, photos of your space and your goals. Nothing else is needed.

Input: what MEOWSON sent
The client's phone photo of their grey and white British Shorthair cat wearing a blue crocheted collar The client's product listing photo of the brown clog-shaped cat bed with its dimensions marked

A listing photo and a few pictures of the cat. That was the whole brief.

Analyze

AI tools such as OpenArt read the materials, light and colors already in your photos.

Output: read from the photos

Suede brown, sisal cream, warm beige. Warm, quiet, close to the product.

Define

We write down your primary colors, logo, visual style and content direction as the Master Plan.

Output: the MEOWSON plan
The MEOWSON logo lockup: a cat-ear monogram above the serif wordmark MEOWSON, the Chinese name 喵森, and the line One size. Theirs., cream on suede brown The MEOWSON monogram on its own: a serif M inside a ring with two cat ears

Logo lockup and monogram, suede brown and cream, a serif with a Chinese companion name, and one line: One size. Theirs.

Apply

Every blog post, image, video, social post, product film, profile and listing is produced to it.

Output: what MEOWSON got
Landscape cut, 16:9, for web and YouTube
Campaign still: the cat curled up asleep inside the clog-shaped bed, seen from above in soft window light Campaign still: the cat walking past the clog bed beside tall windows in a cream room Campaign still: the cat sitting upright inside the clog bed against a warm beige studio backdrop
Vertical 60-second cut, 9:16, for Reels and TikTok

One film in two formats: the full 1 minute 46 second landscape cut with Mandarin voiceover, and a 60-second vertical cut in English for social, both with English captions, plus seven campaign stills in the same palette.

Apply to a second product

The same Master Plan ran the next product with nothing redefined: same palette, same monogram, same line.

Input
The factory listing photo of the orange stool with its dimensions marked: 36 centimetres high, a 16.5 centimetre door The same grey and white cat, asleep on its back on a padded seat

One listing photo from the factory, measurements and all, and the same cat. Nothing else changed hands.

Output
Landscape cut, 16:9, English voiceover
Four MEOWSON stools in a gallery, persimmon, bamboo, imperial yellow and moon white, with the cat inside the green one Four colors. The top is yours. The inside is theirs.
Vertical cut, 9:16, for Reels and TikTok
Campaign still: the cat sitting on top of the persimmon stool in a white gallery Campaign still: the cat lounging across the padded seat with one paw hanging over the edge Campaign still: the cat looking out through the round door of the stool Campaign still: the cat sitting beside the stool under a painting in the gallery Campaign still: the cat standing upright on the stool like a statue on a plinth Campaign still: the cat asleep on its back on the padded seat

A second film, 1 minute 11 seconds, in both formats with English captions, a gallery campaign, four named colors and a product site in five languages. All produced from the plan written for the first product.

Rebrand a catalog range

A different kind of client: an established brand with products already on sale, a logo, and no voice. MD Sports makes game tables sold through big retailers. The listings had everything except a reason to want one.

Input
Retailer listing photo of the Richmond foosball table on a white background Retailer catalog photo of the 12-in-1 table shown as an exploded stack of game tops Retailer lifestyle photo: a girl tossing a basketball at the hoop attachment in a yellow room The existing MD Sports logo in red and white

Two products, retailer photography, spec banners and a logo that stays. Nothing else came in.

Output

Where the house plays.

One line for the whole range. The tables belong to the room everyone ends up in, and the films happen at night, at the scale of the players, while the house sleeps.

Midnight blue, amber light, walnut, pitch green, and the red from the logo. The mark was kept. Everything around it was built new.

Apply across the range

Same voice, two products, two product pages. Each gets its own film, stills and page, and they read as one brand.

Output

Richmond 58" foosball table 2 films

Night Shift, 38 seconds
The Vacancy, 29 seconds

12-in-1 multi-game table another MD Sports product

Away Games, 1 minute 9 seconds
Campaign still: the twelve game tops stacked on the table in a child's room at night Campaign still: the hoop, archery target and bean bags set up on the table

Three films, fourteen stills, a 3D model and two product pages with specs and retailer buttons. Concept work on real products, shown as a demonstration of the process.

A video studio for a restaurant

The most common client of all: a neighborhood restaurant with a phone full of photos and no time. MOSAIC / SOCIAL, a Mediterranean bistro in Mong Kok, got a 15-second brand film from exactly that.

Input
The owner's phone photo of the restaurant interior: orange walls, wine shelves, a mosaic-tile mirror sign
The owner's phone photo of hand-cut jamón ibérico fanned on a white plate The owner's phone photo of seared scallops on beetroot risotto with a purple edible flower

Twenty phone photos of the room and the plates, the menu with prices, and the brand already on the website: orange, cream, charcoal, Playfair Display.

Define The pre-production board for the 15-second brand film Tipsy Hours in Mong Kok: six storyboard panels with timings, camera and light notes, a timeline, production spec, palette, typography, sound and art direction references Pre-production board, one page. Tap to open.

Before a frame is made, one board decides it: six shots, timings, camera, light, palette, type, sound, supers. The client signs this, not a vague idea.

Output

Tipsy Hours in Mong Kok.

Six shots, fifteen seconds, no voiceover. Blue hour on the street, the table set, jamón at the bar, the plating as the hero, two friends at the banquette, the mark. Shot to the board, frame for frame.

Film frame: Hak Po Street at blue hour, the restaurant window glowing orange, a bus passing Film frame: two friends at the banquette clinking glasses of sangria under the mosaic-tile mirror

The hero shot is the owner's own scallop dish, re-plated and lit. The street and the room are the real ones.

Brand film, 15 seconds, 9:16

One film that sells the room, in the restaurant's existing brand. Nothing reinvented, nothing invented.

This is where the flight ends: one sheet that decides the brand, which every designer, writer and photographer then produces to. For MEOWSON it set the palette, tone and line before a single frame was made.

What an AI content studio is

One studio in your pocket. A whole agency's output.

A traditional campaign needs six specialists and six weeks. P0G0.CO runs the same jobs as one AI-driven pipeline, with a person deciding every frame. You send photos. You get a brand and everything made in it.

Made, not sourced

No stock photos, no template logos. Every image, frame and line is generated from your own photos and your own goals, so it can only look like you.

One plan, everything follows

The Master Plan is written once. Films, stills, pages and weekly posts are all produced to it, so your brand looks the same on Tuesday as it did at launch.

A person signs off

AI does the heavy lifting. A human reviews the plan, chooses the shots and approves the cut. Nothing is published that a person has not looked at.

Brand or rebrand

Three starting points. One process.

Some clients have nothing yet, some have a logo they love, some have a look that already works. The process is the same; what changes is what we keep and what we build.

From zero

No logo, no colors, no voice. Everything is built from the owner's photos.

The proposal

See everything before a single film is made.

Once the Master Plan is signed, the proposal turns it into six things you can read, look at and click through. You decide what to produce only after you have seen them.

Text pack

About copy, offerings, taglines, social bios, key messages, FAQ and calls to action, in each language you sell in.

Brand guidelines

A brand book: story, voice with do and don't examples, color use, type, logo and photo rules.

Mood images

Six images in your palette and light, plus a palette card. Your own photos are used where it matters.

Video ad concepts

Three ideas, each with a storyline, planned shots, a sketched board and one rendered key frame.

Website plan

A sitemap, homepage copy section by section, search basics and a clickable homepage mockup.

3D product views

Studio renders of each product from three angles, for product businesses.

Then you choose: a brand film, a product film, a food reel, a service film, or campaign stills and posts, all made to the same plan.

Questions

AI marketing agency questions, answered

The short version of what small businesses ask before they send a brief. Tap a question to open it.

What does an AI marketing agency actually do for a small business?

P0G0.CO uses AI tools to analyze your product photos and photos of your physical space, then recommends primary brand colors, a visual style and a content direction. That recommendation becomes a Master Plan, a single framework for every blog post, image, video, social media post, business profile and listing you publish.

What is the Master Plan?

The Master Plan is P0G0.CO's foundational blueprint for a brand. It has four steps: Collect your photos and objectives, Analyze them with AI tools, Define your brand colors, visual style and content direction, and Apply that definition to all content production. It is standardized so it can be repeated the same way for every client.

What do you need from me to start?

Three things: photos of your products, photos of your physical space, and your business objectives. You do not need existing brand guidelines, a logo or a style guide. Most clients come to P0G0.CO precisely because they do not have these yet.

Which businesses does P0G0.CO work with?

Restaurants, wellness centers, service businesses, product-based businesses and e-commerce brands. The best fit is a small business that lacks a clear brand concept and needs help establishing its positioning and visual identity system.

What happens after the Master Plan is defined?

Production starts. Blog posts, images, videos, social posts, profiles and listings are all made to the plan, so the brand looks the same everywhere it appears, and stays that way as new content is added.
