The problem

Most restaurants post without a brand

A neighbourhood restaurant usually has good food and a room with character, and a feed that looks like five different businesses. The fix is not more posts. It is deciding what the brand looks like once, then making everything to it.

  • Photos that do not match the roomDishes shot under kitchen light next to a warm, dim dining room. Guests cannot tell what the place feels like.
  • A Google Maps listing nobody curatedThe first photos people see are often whatever customers uploaded. Your own photos should set the tone instead.
  • Video that never gets madeShort-form video drives discovery for restaurants, but it rarely happens without a plan for what to film.

The Master Plan

Four steps from phone photos to a brand your guests recognise

The Master Plan is the same standardized process for every client. For a restaurant it starts with what you already have: your food, your room and what you want more of.

  1. Collect

Phone photos of your signature dishes, the dining room, the shopfront and the kitchen pass, plus your goals: more bookings, a new menu, more weekday covers.

  2. Analyze

AI tools read the colours, materials and light already in your photos: the timber, the tiles, the sauce, the neon. That is where the palette comes from.

  3. Define

We write down your primary colours, logo direction, photo and video style, and content direction in one page you approve.

  4. Apply

Every menu shot, post, reel, blog article and Google Maps photo is produced to that page, so the brand looks the same everywhere.

What it runs

One plan for every place guests find you

  • Blog postsArticles on your dishes, sourcing and neighbourhood, written in the voice the plan sets, so search has something real to index.
  • Social postsA grid and Stories that use the same palette, framing and type, so a scroll through your feed feels like walking in.
  • VideoVertical clips for Reels and TikTok and a landscape cut for your site, planned around the dishes and moments that sell the room.
  • Google Maps and Business Profile photosCover, interior, menu and dish photos for Google Maps and your Business Profile, chosen and shot to match the plan.

Where we work

From Hong Kong, for restaurants in five more markets

We are based in Hong Kong, where restaurant competition is dense and the Google Maps listing is often the first impression. We also work remotely with restaurants and cafés in Singapore, the UK, the US, Japan and Australia.

The whole engagement runs by email in English or Chinese: you send photos and goals, the Master Plan comes back within days, and nothing is published until you have approved it.

Questions

Restaurant branding questions

Do I need a logo or brand guidelines before I start?

No. Most restaurants we work with do not have either. The Master Plan defines your colours, logo direction, visual style and content direction from photos of your food and your space.

Can phone photos really be enough?

Yes. For the Master Plan we need to see your dishes, your room and your light, not polished shots. Phone photos are fine.

Will this help my Google Maps listing?

The plan covers which photos to show first on Google Maps and your Business Profile: cover, interior, menu and signature dishes, shot or chosen to match your brand.

Do you work with restaurants outside Hong Kong?

Yes. We are based in Hong Kong and work remotely with restaurants in Singapore, the UK, the US, Japan and Australia, in English or Chinese.
