AI branding for e-commerce

AI branding and marketing for e-commerce brands

Online stores live and die on images. The Master Plan turns your product photos and goals into one set of colours, one visual style and one content direction, then produces listing images, product films and social posts that all look like the same store.

The problem

Your store is only as consistent as its images

Shoppers cannot touch the product, so they judge the brand by its photos, video and copy. Mixed suppliers, mixed photo styles and mixed templates make a store feel less trustworthy, even when the products are good.

  • Supplier photos in every styleImages from different factories, backgrounds and lighting on the same collection page.
  • Marketplace and site do not matchYour Shopify, Amazon, Etsy or HKTVmall listings and your social feed each look like a different brand.
  • Video is the gapProduct video helps shoppers decide, but it is the first thing small stores skip.

The Master Plan

Four steps from product photos to one recognisable store

The Master Plan is the same standardized process for every client. For an online store it starts with the catalogue you already have.

  1. Collect

Product photos from your store or suppliers, any lifestyle shots, your store link, plus your goals: higher conversion, a new collection, a marketplace launch or ads.

  2. Analyze

AI tools read the colours, materials and styles across your catalogue and find what the range has in common.

  3. Define

We set your primary colours, logo direction, image style for listings and lifestyle shots, and content direction in one page you approve.

  4. Apply

Listing images, product films, social posts, blog articles and any Google Maps photos are produced to that plan, product after product.

What it runs

One plan for your store, your marketplaces and your feed

  • Blog postsBuying guides, product stories and collection pages in one voice that search engines can index.
  • Social postsProduct and lifestyle posts in the same palette and layout as your store, so ads and organic posts match.
  • VideoShort product films for product pages, plus vertical cuts for Reels, TikTok and ads.
  • Google Maps and Business Profile photosPhotos for Google Maps and your Business Profile if you have a pickup point, showroom or warehouse shop.

Case study

MEOWSON: from a listing photo to a sold-online brand

MEOWSON sold a cat bed shaped like a clog slipper and had a listing photo and a few pictures of the cat. From those, the Master Plan set a suede brown, sisal cream and warm beige palette, a logo lockup and monogram, and one line: One size. Theirs. It then produced a 1 minute 46 second brand film in landscape and vertical cuts, seven campaign stills, and later ran a second product with nothing redefined. The second product got a product site in five languages from the same plan.

Where we work

From Hong Kong, for online stores in five more markets

We are based in Hong Kong and work remotely with online stores selling in Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, the US, Japan and Australia, in English or Chinese.

The whole engagement runs by email in English or Chinese: you send photos and goals, the Master Plan comes back within days, and nothing is published until you have approved it.

Questions

E-commerce branding questions

Can you work from supplier or factory photos?

Yes. MEOWSON’s second product started from one factory listing photo. The Master Plan sets how product, lifestyle and listing images should look from there.

Which platforms does this work for?

The Master Plan is platform-neutral. The same colours, style and content direction apply to your own store, marketplaces and social channels.

Do you run ads?

We do not sell ad spend. The plan sets how your ad creative should look, and we hold Google Ads Search certification if you want help planning a search test.

Do you work with stores outside Hong Kong?

Yes. We work remotely with online stores in Singapore, the UK, the US, Japan and Australia.
